
Own Your Strong was born out of a deep dive into why capable, driven people struggle to create change for themselves and why willpower alone isn’t enough.
True strength is built when you understand your nervous system, shift your internal narrative, and train in a way that supports your life.
My work is helping you reconnect so you can build strong from within.
I’m a strength coach, mindset coach, and applied neurology practitioner.
But long before that, I was a kid growing up on Whistler Mountain.
The mountains shaped me.
I spent my early years immersed in the outdoors, feeling freedom through skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and movement. Sport became my first experience of confidence. It was where I learned what strength felt like in my body.
Movement has always been how I process challenge. The gym. The trails. The mountains. They are where I go to reconnect.
Mindset work deepened that connection.
It was the missing piece — not just feeling strong physically, but steady internally. Rooted. Grounded. At home in myself regardless of what life brings.
I don’t believe there is one path that works for everyone.
We each forge our own.
Through mindset and movement, we create that path. They go hand in hand.
